Welcome to Kingflameβ„’. By accessing or using this website, store, or services (β€œServices”), you agree to follow these Terms of Service. No excuses. No shortcuts.

1. Orders & Purchasing

  • All Kingflameβ„’ products are handcrafted and packaged in-house.

  • You are responsible for understanding what you are buying before completing a purchase.

  • Once an order is confirmed, it is processed immediately. No cancellations after shipment.

2. Payment

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

  • Any fraudulent activity will be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

3. Shipping

  • Primary zones: Canada & United States. International shipping must be negotiated.

  • All packages include tracking and are shipped with maximum care.

  • Kingflameβ„’ is not liable for shipping delays or lost packages outside of our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are handled case by case.

  • Communicate with us directly if a problem arises. If the issue is confirmed to be on our end, we will provide a contingency solution.

  • No abuse. Know what you’re buying first.

5. Use of the Services

  • You agree to use the Services responsibly.

  • Illegal, unsafe, or abusive behavior is not tolerated. Accounts may be terminated immediately.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without explicit permission.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All Kingflameβ„’ branding, designs, logos, and products are trademarks or copyrighted property of Kingflameβ„’.

  • Unauthorized use will be prosecuted.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Kingflameβ„’ is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.

  • Every measure is taken to ensure quality, but all risk is assumed by the purchaser once an order leaves our facility.

8. Disputes

  • Any disputes will be handled directly and respectfully.

  • Applicable law is the law of Ontario, Canada, unless otherwise required.

  • You agree to attempt resolution through communication before escalating legally.
