Your Move: If an issue arises, first assess the situation. If the problem is due to my oversight or defect, communicate immediately. We will personally discuss and deploy a solution, ensuring the outcome is fair and precise.
No Excuses: Returns, replacements, or refunds will only be considered for verified issues caused by Kingflame™. Damages in transit, misuse, or buyer error may not qualify.
